TRX Suspension Training in Portland OregonAt my Portland, Oregon Chiropractic, Nutrition and Hypnotherapy clinic, Optimum Function, I utilize the TRX suspension system for total body work-outs, strength gains, low back stability, core strength development and to rehabilitate injuries and movement patterns. In addition, I utilize kettlebells to produce the best combination of full-body, functional activity available in a chiropractic clinic. Coming soon, I will be offering small group classes that will be focused on full-body workouts, core strength workouts, strength-building workouts and mobility training workouts. At Optimum Function, you will benefit from having a doctor (Me, Dr. Tim Irving) make certain that your form is perfect and if it's not, what needs to happen to make it perfect. All to often, I see new patients who hav been training improperly; their trainers should have referred them to someone who could diganose their problem and treat them to balance mobility and stability. Without that, even simple exercises can injure you. In addition, I have personally experienced the benefits of suspension training with my own back and shoulder problems. Combined with kettlebell lifting, the TRX suspension system has kept me kayaking, climbing and aciive in mixed martial arts.
